St Martin-in-the-Fields has a modern borehole, sunk 200 metres beneath their crypt, a living connection to the waters of the North Kent Downs which flow under London.
We will join members of St Martin’s PCC and eco-group to learn more about why this well was sunk in the 21st century and discuss how St James’s and St Martin’s can work together on environmental issues, especially relating to water and inner-city food growing.
