Celebrating with the Three Sisters

St James’s Day (July 23rd) included a ‘Three Sisters’ feast in the courtyard, with dishes prepared by members of the community - cornbread, charred corn salad, refried beans, three bean salad, summer squash salad, Pico de Gallo (tomato salsa) and many more delights.
